By processing your payment and completing an order through our site, you accept the following Shipping Policy.

Nalu Boutique packs and ships all orders within 48 hours of placement, excluding weekends and public holidays. During high volume periods like sales the order fulfilment process may take a little longer. Once dispatched you will receive an email from Australia Post with your tracking details.

Shipping Times: 1-3 business days for Metro, 2- 5 business days for Regional

Once Nalu has dispatched the parcel it becomes the responsibility of the carrier’s network. We do not accept any responsibility for delays due to the carrier’s network. If your order is a return to sender for any reason, the cost to have the package resent will be invoiced to the customer before items are resent (Cost will vary depending on size and weight of the parcel). Nalu Boutique is not liable for missing / damaged parcels due to errors on the customer or carrier’s part.
