Nalu Boutique is exclusively online! Whilst we don’t have a physical location you can try on garments before buying, we can serve customers Australia wide 24/7. Our office and warehouse is closed to the public.
Unfortunately, we cannot add items to an existing order. Please place a new order for the item.
We have make every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours and images of our products, however we cannot guarantee that your devices monitor’s display of any colour will be accurate.
Nalu allows you to cancel your order before dispatch only. If your item has already been dispatched, you will be required to follow our returns process provided in the Returns + Exchanges Policy.
