RETURNS
Please ensure you meet the conditions of the Returns + Exchange Policy below before lodging your return.
We understand that online shopping doesn’t always go to plan. If you change your mind for any reason, we will gladly accept a return of any full priced item for a store credit or exchange subject to the following conditions:
- Items must be returned in original condition, unworn, unaltered, tags (still attached) and unwashed. Any signs of marks, hairs, make up stains, odours, perfume will be refused and returned to you at your expense.
- Return items must be posted in the mail within 14 days of receiving your order.
- We do not accept returns for earrings, swimwear, headwear, beauty products, intimates or sale items.
Nalu Boutique reserves the right to refuse returns that don’t meet the above criteria. Returning the items to your address will be at your expense.
Upon approval of your return or exchange item, a store credit will be issued to your provided email or the exchanged item based on your selection. No refunds are available.
Upon confirming eligibility, submit a request through our Returns + Exchanges Portal. You will be prompted for your order number. Follow instructions to select refund or exchange. A support representative will then reach out to you within 2 business days.
RETURN SHIPPING
When returning parcels, we recommend you use an Australia Post prepaid satchel for Return Shipping. The good are the responsibility of the customer until they are returned to Nalu Boutique. Nalu Boutique will not issue a refund on items that are not received or lost in transit.
