To measure yourself, grab a soft measuring tape and follow these simple steps:
Chest: Measure around the fullest part of your chest, keeping the tape level and snug but not tight.
Waist: Measure around the narrowest part of your waist, usually just above your belly button.
Hip: Measure around the fullest part of your hips, ensuring the tape is level all the way around.
